A toyhouse is required to own any of my designs, this applies to buyers and resellers, they cannot be sold to anyone without a TH.
Please do not delete or change the credits of the character profile or art provided with it.
You are free to redesign a character once you own it but please keep it recognizable to the OG.
Regarding commercial use, once you own it, you are free to use the character design in any way you'd like, however, you may not use my art [the original ref] for any commercial purpose.
