trade/resell rules
• there is a *1 week cooldown* for reselling/trading my designs
• do not resell freebie or upcharge flatsale/auction designs, unless you have commissioned/extra art of them
• designs obtained through trade cannot be resold unless you have commissioned art of them
redesign rules
• redesigns are allowed, you do not need to ask for permission even if you make major changes/fully redesign the character. just keep my art somewhere!
• skintone changes are permitted only if you make the character darker, whitewashing is strictly prohibited
• nsfw art of my designs is permitted if you're over 18, UNLESS the character was designed to be a child in which case nsfw is strictly prohibited
i will issue a warning directly if i find someone breaking this tos! repeated breaking of the tos will result in private blacklisting, but i am generally not very strict with this
