He used to be a human and a spy to investigate a city where some people were going missing, a group seem to be experimenting on them, turning them into beasts. He manages to infiltrate and befriend them to get more information, but they betray him in the end cursing him and infecting him with the beast-kemono virus.

He manages to escape from them and get to the Foundation where they manage to help him and treat him, still not be able to free him from the curse. 

It took him 2 months to transfur and he felt uncomfortable with the changes. As he was a fit scary looking man, strong to capture the person he could be investigating, pretty different and unrelated to his current form but keeping his sharp teeth. He didn't have any mental changes through it, keeping his annoying and fun personality (could probably be that guy that screams as they follow you in among us and that never lose)

The Foundation decided to use him as a transport to travel literally in straight lines if he wanted to, he uses a special backpack that keep his passengers balanced as he walks. Even though the Foundation give this job they worry that he might betray them if for some reason he changes his mind so he has a captain in his hat as he travels, making sure to also keep him company and electrocute him of something goes off.

For some reason his tears are chocolate?? Must be a secondary effect from the transformation.
