Due to their rather small kingdom being devoid of pegasi, their population mostly made up of unicorns, no one is able to control the weather. This is the mantle Princess Pluviam takes on.

A kind and loving princess, Pluviam always puts her residents' needs above her own.

She adores her son, Prince Weathervane, more than anything in the world.
