Introduction

These rules will apply to characters I've made - commissions, adoptables, auctions, trades, and other people reselling my designs.
If you break any of these rules I'll give you a warning/reminder. But severe offenses will result you in being blacklisted: such as scamming.
Misc: If you get a design from me and no longer own the original file I'll try to find it for you.

Gen rules

You have complete ownership of a design once payment is made.
You can use it for whatever!
You can alter the design however you like, whether it be something small like changing the gender or larger like the species. I'm ok with you drawing over the original art and changing its hue/saturation, markings, etc. This includes tracing over it if you so choose.
However, you may not copy the design with the intention of reselling it, like making siblings or an original species etc.
You can't claim ownership over the original design. If you alter anything and want to make note of the things you changed feel free to do so. If you change enough and feel as if you should be co-credited feel free to add yourself as a designer as well.
All sells are final, if you no longer wish to have a design you can resell/regift/trade*

Ownership transfer

*You may only resell designs you get from me if you bought it. Any design you receive from trade/gifting must be traded/gifted as well.
I prefer you don't sell my designs for a price higher than originally paid UNLESS there's additional art provided.
