from the pre-reboot archie comics canon, in silver's good future timeline. a historian currently researching robotnik after much of the info on him was lost to time. close to silver for this reason, since he's been in the past when robotnik was in power and is one of her best sources of information.
their robotnik project is written off by their colleagues as not worth the time, so they've been largely working on their own, including doing most of their own field research. she finds and explores eggman's old bases, and has taught herself rudimentary eggtech knowledge to properly access his old files.
