✩ do not remove my credit. even if you are redesigning an oc, please leave me as the main designer. toyhouse allows you to add more designers, please add the redesigner through there. sometimes i may move credits onto my alt, savanemon. this is done for designs i may not be proud of or have bad history with for whatever reason. do not attempt to move them back onto my main or remove my alt's credit, it was likely moved for a reason. if you notice i have removed my credits entirely, please keep it that way. if you are an owner of a moved design, please do not worry, this action was not taken against you! furthermore, do not remove the oc off toyhouse. you may hide their profile as you please however.

✩ all sales are final, do not back out of bids. when bidding on an auction of mine or offering for a character, you are expected to uphold your offer. if, for whatever reason, you cannot pay anymore you must tell me asap. if you need a hold, you must say so in your initial bid. i allow holds for up to a week, two depending on the amount. if you need a hold, there is a 10$ non refundable deposit that must be paid upfront. backing out of a hold or bid multiple times may land you on the blacklist.

✩ do not apply your tos to my designs. you cannot apply rules such as no resale/retrade to designs i have made. "only trade back to me" rules also fall under this. you may have these agreements loosely, but you may not use them to prevent someone from selling a design. once a design is out of your hands, it is not yours to dictate who it goes to.

✩ co owning is fine under one profile. if you are to co own one of my designs, it must only have one profile. i will not approve of any other profiles. co ownership is messy and i do not want to end up in a situation where my design has been sold to two different people.

✩ do not redesign to an unrecognizable degree. designs must be recognizable to the original one way or another. if you're unsure, dm me i don't bite! furthermore, please do not create breedables out of my designs. if you are to create familial designs, do not create lookalikes. if you are unsure if your design is too close, you can dm me! 

✩ resell however you'd like. i am not going to enforce rules regarding reselling for more or reselling gifts/raffles. while i think it is wrong to do so, its not worth the effort. while i would rather you not sell my designs to anyone on my blacklist, i will not enforce that either. however, in cases where you are purposefully giving designs to those on my blacklist you will be added yourself.
