Born to her parents Ral'kai and Eylora, Niea had been a sweetheart sine the beginning. She was not terribly important to the clan, but her father was a hunter while her mother helped gather supplies for the tsahìk.
She grew up with Neytiri and Sylwanin, and they were classmates in Grace's school together. She learned how to speak and read English rather quickly, and often found herself tutoring the other students around her. When the shooting happened, she became deeply distrusting of humans, and avatar by proxy.

EARLY ADULTHOOD
Jake Sully greatly changed her opinon. He fought for and with them during the battle with the Sky people, and despite her parents and mate's death, she will forever be greateful for him and what he did.
The death of her loved ones shoved her into a deep depression. There were some days when only riding her ikran could give her an escape from her grief. Niea knew she had to leave, she was never going to get better when all of her surroudings reminded of her of what she lost. She had begged the Sullys to let her come along with them, and even though they were hesitant at first, they accepted.

Now, Niea spends most of her days swimming in the ocean or lounging with Mòna. Mòna's voice and her personality did something to her. She's felt love and true happiness for the first time since her mate's death.
