Klaki's Ownership

My designs If you have bought a character or design made by me it is allowed to be sold for a valued price, not higher. (I.E Cannot be sold for more than worth, this includes original design worth and artwork included.) Example: Character original price is $15 USD, they have two pieces of art worth $30 USD total. Cannot be sold for over $45. Minor tweaks to the design are allowed, but cannot change character design fully where it is unrecognizable. (I.E Cannot change the entire color palette, or design. But you can add tattoos, piercings, new hair, and slight new designs to fur or skin patterns.) Characters designed by me cannot be used if you do not have specific rights to them. If I have not directly sold them to you, or the previous owner has given/sold to. Characters designed by me can only be used for personal use, not commercial. If you’d like a commercial use design by me we can discuss.
