Because I have way too many artists who offer art back out on me, anyone who wants to offer art unless you're extremely trusted (mutuals not included) then you have A WEEK max to finish an art piece. I'm so tired of it so yes even if you're a mutual I'll decide whether I trust you enough to lenghten you're TAT. If you cannot do a week then don't offer art at all please.
I'll hardly accept art just for the reason that I'm not interested and I don't want my time wasted. If you want a better chance at obtaining art/characters from me then it'll be either USD or trades.
