Aizo Rockhare's Ownership

If you bought it, traded for it, got it as a gift, a prize, or through a game, it's wholly out of my hands and wholly into yours. You can use it for any projects you like, change it, iterate on it, trade/sell/gift it to others, anything you want, it belongs to you. Stipulations from the base artists or species creators may still apply, and should they conflict, they WILL override my global rules.

You may: 

• Use the likeness of the design for commercial projects (such as but not limited to webcomics/animations/writing, merch such as but not limited to stickers or prints, and support projects with it with any crowdfunding service such as but not limited to Patreon, Ko-Fi, or Kickstarter). You CANNOT use the specific pieces of artwork it comes with in this way, unless you have express permission from the artist. You must create any commercial art and stories yourself, or commission it with commercial rights. All and full commercial use rights otherwise for the likeness belong to the character owner.
• Alter the design, such as removing or adding design elements, changing color palette and wardrobe, change the character's gender or species, change the character's story, etc.
• Use the character in NSFW/kink contexts and works. Just like, keep it legal.
• "Breed" the design, or similarly make any other derivative designs based on the original. The TOS and use rights of any derivative designs are not tied to mine, and can be set freely by their designer.
• All rights transfer to the current owner of the character. It does not matter if ownership was transferred from a monetary exchange, given freely, won as a prize or acquired in the game. The rights always come with the character. If you relinquish the character to another person, you also relinquish these rights.
• Ask me if you have any concerns or questions about use for the character, I can add information at any time to the global or character TOS.

All I ask is the following, which are less rule rules and more matters of archival and respect that I would deeply appreciate and will impact my willingness to do business with you in future:

• I can be found as the design creator if anyone went looking
• Do not delete the character off of Toyhouse. If you wish to leave the platform but keep the character, chat with me, we can figure something out.
• Please don’t immediately flip a character for trade or profit or buy it only to be a bartering chip, I've no issue with reselling/trading to recoup costs and art effort at any value you feel is worthwhile if you later decide you no longer want them, but like, at least give it a month or something. Buy it if you intend to hold onto it.
• Please do not change the upload for or delete my original design images that came with the adopt, even and especially if you’ve made changes to the design. You may private them or put them in a separate tab, and you don’t have to use them, but I’m not comfortable with my original version of the design being erased from existence, especially if you give them to a new owner who now cannot access these images or even know they exist.

I am usually down to buy/trade back any of my old adopts, if you don't want it anymore and have no takers, let me know! I will never attempt to repossess or forcibly take back a character. 

Once it is out of my hands, I am no longer responsible for how the character is used, that's not on me.

If you want me to add any information to a character's permissions to clarify any terms of use, let me know! I'll happily do that even on old adopts that weren't bought directly from me.
