Background:

Rumored to be the creation of the Academy's dean, although there isn't a way to confirm this, as The entity and the Dean don't really speak on this. What is known is Star Bright strangely fears the Dean of the academy

Star Light, Star Bright: Star Bright is a wish granter, capable of making things come true should the wisher ask of it [To the tune of that "Starlight" saying]. However, granting wishes usually has strings attached: Those strings being the thing you desire least comes true as well.
