History:
Born and raised in Cairns, Australia, Mickey Mike lived with his parents for a while, working in their mechanics shop up until he was 16, where the family business went suddenly went bankrupt due to a string of legal disputes. They moved away from Australia in the search of a new start, finding it quickly and happily as the Harlow family started a shop in the city while Mike focused on his school life.
When he was 17, he started to talk to a fellow student, they got along happily as they dated for a while as boyfriend and girlfriend. But after a couple of years, they slowed their relationship down to being close friends. Even if her sticky fingers caused problems, she helped him realise the uses of his powers as they still stayed mostly separate.
This was, however, until he hit 21. His friend called him for help; She became part of a heist crew, and they needed equipment and tools to perform their plans. He agreed, armouring vans and upgrading drills for the crew until she came to him with a new plan, she was tired of the heists, and she found the perfect way out; Sabotage her crew's equipment and weapons, under the guise of 'repairs and upgrading.'
This plan worked, amazingly well, but 5 years later, as he maintains cars and other equipment, he's missing the thrill of it.
Personality:
Grounded, practical, disciplined and focused, Mike is hard to scare, worry or attack, rarely flinching. However, if he puts his mind to an idea, job or task, he will ensure that it is done to the best of his abilities to the point of being a perfectionist.

NOTES:
Mike's list of powers
-Blood-streaming eyes: Thanks to his mother's side of his family, Mike can literally spray blood out of his eyes. It doesn't hurt him in any way, though it's only use would be shock and fear tactics, nothing else.
-Rock manipulation: From his father's side of the family, Mike can lift rocks and manipulate them in a wide number of defensive tactics, including:
-Rock walls, Mike will lift up a long and dense line of rock to divide forces or stop fights, can also be used as a bubble.
-Stone Armour, Mike will surround himself with rubble and other small rocks, creating dense armour that is heavy, but hard to puncture by anything that can't cut straight through it. He can adjust the armour to adapt with sharp armour or blunt armour.
Headcanons
-The legal disputes of his family were never told to him, so he thinks that a car must've hurt someone very badly.
-Mike's very first mechanical job he was involved with was a car when he was 6 (Granted, he did next to nothing, but he claims it still counted as helping.)
-He actually has Ailurophobia, after he was scratched up really badly by his auntie's cat.
-Although he can technically control concrete, he prefers not to, as repaving damage roads is a job he doesn't want to cause.
-Mike often participates in charity runs around his area.
