A very flirty, confident, sassy, flamboyant dragon. He presents himself in a more feminine way.

DESIGN/DRAWING NOTES: His chest is very fluffy, supposed to be more like the shape of boobs. He has 7 feathers going straight down his tail, 3 on his head. Please ask before drawing in an outfit or with 4 eyes. If he is drawn with pupils, they can change shape but are normally hearts! I plan to draw him in more clothing soon so he has a variety of outfits!
