This is a condensed version of my Design TOS. The full version is in my Carrd.

1. Designs by me are for personal use. Please contact me about commercial use prices.
2. Designs may not be used for AI generation, non-fungible tokens, or negative and discriminatory representation.
3. Design changes and AUs (i.e. closed species) are permitted as long as the original reference is untouched. 
   • AUs must be sold/traded/gifted with the original design.
4. Designs may not be sold at a higher price than what it was obtained as. Commissioned art can add value.
5. My designs have a 2-week cooldown in which they cannot be resold/traded/gifted after being obtained.
6. Please make sure you have the funds when offering.
7. Payments (monetary) are due within 48 hours unless negotiated otherwise.
   • I allow holds and payment plans starting at certain value amounts. Please read the specific design's information or inquire about details.
   • Bids must state if they are seeking a hold when made.
   • Retraction of bids or failure to fulfill payment will result in a blacklist. Please bid responsibly!
