• Do not sell the design for more than what was paid unless it has new arts. In case it has new arts, you can resell it for the amount paid + the value of the acquired art
• If the adopt was given for free or traded (for art or another design), resale is not allowed, unless you have purchased new arts, then you can sell it for the value of the arts
• DO NOT DELETE THE OC FROM TOYHOUSE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. In case you sell it to someone that doesn't have toyhouse, contact me and send me the character. I'll put them in a [sold] folder, with the name and platform of the new owner
  • All the new owners, even if they don't have a toyhouse, need to know the rules, so let them know if you're going to sell outside of toyhouse
  • Notify new owners to always keep me informed on who the design was sold to to keep up to date. They can contact me trough my other social medias (instagram or twitter)
• Always give me credit for the creation of the design and do not delete the signature of any of my drawings
• You can redesign the character as much as you want, but keep it recognizable
  • Changing species is Ok, as long as it's not too different from the original
• The initial value is for personal use only. In case you want commercial use, contact me to negotiate the extra value. I also ask that you credit me, if possible, for the creation of the design
  • Do not use my artwork for commercial use, nonetheless
  • Do not under any circumstances use my designs or drawings as NFT (Non-fungible Token) or in Ai programs!
