A goddess of ambition's attempt to live the life she always wished

Mabelle has always been an extroverted sweetheart, unable to let people be lonely, she ends up coming off as pushy because of her insistance on others joining her.
Mabelle was born as a human into a wealthy family and her childhood went with very little complications, she met her friend group and decided to follow her dreams of being a musical artist. Her dreams however do not hold up easily in her highschool years, being diagnosed with depression and her boyfriend Cade being generally uncaring for her romantically, using her to gain the respect of his own family. Since she also has the tendency to make solving other peoples problems her own, she spreads herself thin by trying to hold her friend group together as well. She confides in her best friend Tyler about her struggles and during one public disagreement between Mabelle and Cade, Tyler outs her mental health in attempt to make Cade feel bad. This makes Mabelle shut herself away quite a bit.
After graduation Mabelle is approached by a scout for Solace Laboratory, who tells her that she may be more than she thought, and that she could be useful to millions of people, after some convincing she agrees, and one night when Mabelle and her family gets invited to a high class party, she brings Destinee along as a plus one, and with a final dance between the two Mabelle tells her the news of her leaving. When she meets the scout on the rooftop, she is captured and her death is faked against her will. With everyone believing that she's dead, the laboratory can experiment on the sleeper god for as long as they wish. The Laboratory works to unlock her goddess abilities and turns her into a weapon.
She is eventually released and upon her return, it's obvious she's given up on her dreams and now focuses on the Solace Laboratory's goals.
