* This design is available for either personal use or commercial * NOT for NFT or AI or anything of the sort * Resell, regift, trades are all well within the owner's rights * When reselling, do not resell for a price above what was paid to obtain the design (this does not pertain to any additional costs outside of this initial transaction) * If there is a new ownership for this design, please transfer the ownership via TH without deleting the character OR message DAKi_OC about the ownership transfer * The owner of the design has the rights to make any edits/changes to the design itself. However, the credit for the original design and art should always go to the original creator/designer

- All my designs are for personal use only unless specifically stated otherwise
- Please run any redesigns by me. As in, please ask for permission before you invest into it
- hairstyle or clothing changes do not count
- appeared gender change also does not apply as something you need to run by me
- if a CS, please abide by the CS redesign rules first but always run it by me if I'm the original designer
- Do not resell for a value higher than what you purchased the design for
- Value may only increase with commissions and the like where actual money was spent additionally
- I also do not condone selling what was traded as no money is usually spent during a trade
- When transferring ownership, I would appreciate if the ownership log included specifics such as "resell for $70" or the like
- informing me of new ownership is not necessary if this is done properly.
