He takes jobs and bounties on assasinations in a selective manner,, usually picking the greedy people who hurt and benefit from the suffering of others,,

Looks tough but is actually a big softie underneath it all,,

Lives in the cold region of the world,, possibly some small town in the Ice Kingdom if not in the capital,,

Elves in the region have evolved to have some type of cold resistance so the cold doesn't really affect them,,

Horns are solid ice crystals that can't melt,,

Has ice powers but prefers to use his weapons for fighting,,

Think I've decided he'll be an Ice God,, still somewhat unsure yet,,
