Philly

During his highschool years he had a girlfreind who carried a daughter for him. He tooks a year break before heading to college to care for her and their new daughter. The year after he left to contuie his school studies in hopes for a better life. On a study visa he stays for about 3 years, un aware that a tragic fire accdently had killed his girfriend. His daughter being lost. Nothing is known about her situation.

Once he joined the military he showed excellent skills, aking him to push through the ranks, passing with flying colors. He is well-liked and has proven to be a good soldier.

Something about philly catched price's heart. He loved the way philly talked and spoke so passionate about cooking. And how he made his point very well when cooking pasta. The team can see price's bias come out whenver philly is around. They dont say much as it's often run to see price stammer and have philly do task that usually doesn't need too people. Philly on the other hand, is dense and doesn't notice price's bias.

He gets along with everyone, he knows how to speak to someone regarless of their situation. It's easier to talk to someone that isn't the capt, but closer enough to being a higher rank. Simon doesn't seem to mind him always being around price.It looks like a puppy in a way

His sniping skills aren't something to take lightly. It's almost like he has eyes above the sky.

In a mission, Philly's left leg gets shot, the burst bullet wreaking his foot. Leaving him having to get the leg chopped off. He spends most of his time adjusting to a crutch. Price ends up buying him a prosthetic leg so he can move around more freely. Price plays music and grabs philly to dacne so he can regain his confidence once more.
