• Owns a restaurant/pub that also serves as an informal bed & breakfast

• Grew up in a small coastal town; now lives in a different town further inland, but part of his heart is still at sea
• Loves the ocean, sea shanties, good food, and interesting people (esp. travelers)

Design notes:

• 5 ft 11 in
• Large build, chubby & muscular
• Tanish-brown fur
• Long hair/beard/mane, dark brown w/ light brown & black streaks
• Grey eyes
• His right leg is ~1.5 cm shorter than his left (he wears a lift in his shoe to compensate)
• Tattoos: an anchor on his right shoulder, and a heart that says "LOVE" on his left ankle
• Piercings: a nose ring, a couple of ear piercings, and some other, more intimate piercings lower on his body

  • Nigel occasionally receives out-of-town guests in his makeshift B&B, so your OC could be one of his guests. Some ideas for what you could draw: the two of them chatting over tea next to a fireplace, Nigel serving your OC in his restaurant/pub, our OCs taking a selfie together, etc.

Other:

• Nigel has a leg length discrepancy (his right leg is ~1.5 cm shorter than the left). He normally wears a lift in his right shoe to compensate, but he walks with a slight limp. Please avoid drawing him running or otherwise putting a lot of strain on his leg! And if drawing him barefoot, I would appreciate it if you could try to make his right leg a little shorter!
• Feel free to change up his clothes! He typically wears dress shirts and slacks with a vest while working, usually with an apron (aprons can be any colour or pattern, though bonus points if you choose something nautical-themed)! Outside of work, he wears Hawaiian shirts & cargo shorts in warmer weather, and long sleeves & hoodies with khakis or jeans in colder weather
