THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE DESIGNS I'VE MADE, AAAA-

I based this little guy on not only the bears, but also a liiiittle bit of Steamboat Willie Mickey, with the sailor outfit. Because I thought it would be really fun to design a sailor character. :>
