whisper louise

wilma florence mary louise, nicknamed whisper by her parents,  because of her quietness,  was the only daughter of two very wealthy people. whisper was sickly nearly her entire life and she got pretty much whatever she wanted but she never lost her kindness. but, when she was 14, she got she very sick and unfortunately, she died… however for one reason or another, she stayed around. as a new ghost, she was unable to interact with anyone and eventually, her parents moved away… over the years, a few people tried to to move in but they were accidentally scared away by whisper, as she began to call herself, the house gets the reputation of being haunted and she is left alone. or mostly alone, her only companion is a talking  stuffed bear named blue that seems to have a mind of its own… literally…

the exact opposite of confrontational; she would rather run than fight in nearly any scenario; but she can using her link with the house; her powers aren’t completely under her control and they react to her emotions so when she’s scared or angry, he powers activate automatically

 as a very old ghost she is very powerful; she can use telekinesis, phase through walls, control everything in the house,  and make herself invisible, and, while she hasn’t ever done it and never plans to she can posses people

She does this by cleaning and organizing objects around so they're neat. She also has a collection of stuffed animals that she placed all around the house. She has turned the yard into a large butterfly garden with tons of flowers since she likes them so much, and names every butterfly that comes to it. -@Pupp1x
