hes a sinner, nicknamed 'the telegraph demon' or 'the frozen demon'
he has ice powers and minor telekinesis due to his telegraphs, but cant do much other then move and squish things with it, his ice is much more powerful and his main ability

he 'sold his soul' to his partner, and his partner 'soul his soul' to him in their vows to each other, as they owned each other 'body, mind, and soul' before death.

seb always knew his partner would burn the world for him, and thats exactly what theo did when seb was wrongfully killed...
