Mister Suicune is a mysterious individual who also lives in a magical forest, the same one where their young relative Leaf has moved into. Their relatives don't really about him, or if they do, it's not in a positive manner.

People don't really know where exactly in the forest Suicune lives, or what their house looks like, but they've never been seen with dirty clothes or an agitated demeanor. Some forest residents fear him, some think he's a god, some think he's undead, but he doesn't reveal much about himself.

Leaf doesn't know how she's related to Mr. Suicune. But Suicune has been lending their power to her that has made her more skilled than any of the witches in her family, so she trusts them and looks forward to talking with them and learning more about their mysteries whenever they meet.

Suicune's character design was somewhat inspired by the anime/manga "Count of Monte Cristo".
