he can make stuff out of shadows (simple things like knives and tools are easiest for him) 

fights using close-range weapons that he creates + throwing knives + bow 

plot drives him to meet Jay and Nari -> eventual friends 

sometimes has little markings beside his eyes (lore reasons)
