Phobia-based Sinners, based on Oneirophobia, fear of dreams.

Former Index Weaver, her last prescript was simply to become a regular citizen. However, due to the sheer length of time she'd spent in isolation under the City, reading and sending out prescripts, she has become convinced that her dreams are haunted by those who have died due to the prescripts she'd sent to be delivered.

She ties her buns so tightly that she has constant headaches, plus it prevents her from sleeping comfortably. She will stay up as long as she can, she only "sleeps" when she passes out or dies. As a result, while she'd be pretty if she got some fucking sleep, she's a messed-up nightmare instead. Picture loose hair from her buns and a constant aura of stress about her.

Her weapon is a "top", and by "top", I mean "a large and roughly approximate equivalent of a goddamned beyblade". Its name is "Rien de Rien", "Nothing at All", based off "Non, je ne regrette rien".
