They used to be used for war in the military (their appearance reminded me of military uniforms). They lived in a sort of sand-world based off Ancient Egypt, they were made from sand (which is why they are non-binary) and were used to fight for war. Freckles did not die from the war, however. There was once a tale of a pyramid that was infinite and never-ending, it was said to make you go insane. Their owner was going there but vanished, Freckles went out to save her, but they ended up dead themselves. They were a pure soul who was going to be reincarnated, but since they worked in the military and they have killed people, they had to be more like a ghost than a being with lots of power. They were reformed as the Beast Who Roams The Desert and control sand and deserts. They guide lost travelers to safety and help them survive by leading them over to water. Not only this, but they are now able to explore these haunted pyramids without death, Pumpkin wants to find their owner there and since they're already dead- they can. The pyramid was dangerous... and if Pumpkin died... could their owner have too? They go in and explore the pyramid, but gets lead to a place with many different universes and challenges you must face once you go in. It could range from being chased by a terrifying monster to trying to quietly drink tea with a boring cheese goat. The world was... interesting, to say the least. Maybe the owner could be alive exploring these worlds! What will Pumpkin find? Will it be their owner... or something much, much darker... As they venture deeper and deeper into this realm of maddness and chaos who could really know? It might even be a pumpkin! But regardless, what is this place?
