- Characters may only be sold when they are obtained through sale or you have commissioned art and/or added personal art.
- Characters may not be sold for more than its sale value unless you have commissioned art and/or added personal art. Art that was received for free (eg. gifted art, traded art) do not increase value. - Characters can be freely redesigned to any extent.
- Character profiles may not be deleted without my permission.
- In the event that you do want to delete the character profile or close your toyhou.se account, either transfer back the character profile or contact me first. - You may not steal, take heavy inspiration, or reference off my designs.
- All sales are final.
