Cocoa is an old animatronic model and it shows! With her broken eye and torn side, she's probably seen some better days.

She was once a well beloved character like any other, playing and singing with all the kids, then her place got shut down out of nowhere. She was left abandoned along with her friends, and there she's been since. It broke her heart to see it all go so fast, especially since the shutdown was all so sudden. And her once happy and optimistic personality is now a grumpy one.
