Quill's a witch that has pretty bad social anxiety. At one point he went "Screw this," and left to live by himself in the woods with his familiar, a raccoon named Harrison. (Harrison gets underfoot more often than he's helpful, but Quill adores him anyway.) Quill's much happier in the woods by himself, but he does find it a little sad that the only one he can subject to his silly little rambles is Harrison. Eventually, after several months, Quill noticed something in the trees watching him. It was Branch, a forest demon. After a few failed attempts, they get to know each other. They enjoy both the comfortable silences and steady talking from Quill while he works. Quill realizes that he's actually pretty touch starved and really like to just be close to Branch. Eventually, the pair starts dating! Common activities include Branch watching Quill make potions and Branch teaching Quill to make flower crowns.
