Johnny "Stardust" Jupiter

In his younger years, Johnny, otherwise formerly known as "John Jupiter" was merely just a hotel busboy, working day in and day out for the other elites. This lifestyle continued until the new wave of Elites took over the strip, wiping out the corrupt business owners and establishing their ranks amongst the strip. During this work as a busboy however,he continued to practice his singing and acting, growing to fame eventually.

After the former owner of the hotel he worked for died under mysterious circumstances, John took over, clawing his way to the top. After taking complete ownership of the hotel, he completely renovated it to his own liking and style, drawing in people far and wide to visit the spectacle he now calls "The Starry Eyed Jupiter". He now lives at the very top of the hotel in a luxurious penthouse he has furnished with colors of white, gold and green hues. His hotel even has a wine cellar with it's very own dumbwaiter.

During the peak of his fame and wealth, he went missing and was presumed dead when no body of his was recovered. There were countless hunts for him but no one could find him. The Strip and Desert Edge's citizens mourned the death of their beloved actor, holding a closed casket memorial service. However, after a year and a half, he returned, his face scarred green on one side. This took the Elites and others by surprise, wondeing about his whereabouts the entire time, though he keeps it a secret. He now resides back in his hotel, beaming with charisma and feeling like a hollowed shell of his former self.
