Percy Balloon Boy

Percy is a toon based on a balloon spider brought to life and is part of the villain class. As a result of his design, Percy has strived to be a performing toon, and has been practicing magic tricks and making balloon animals on the streets.

He is trusting of others to a fault and has been known to get in trouble often due to this and is status as a villain. He isn't as dumb as most toons would claim despite his trusting nature, he is simply naïve due to living a more sheltered life then most villains. He is also easily excitable to the point of literally bouncing and hopping around when he gets especially happy.
Background
It is a bit hard to pin down Percy's past, as his origin is different from many others, all that is known is that he arrived in Inkwell one day and just started to perform. At first many found him an annoyance and would chase him off, but he grew a fanbase strong enough that he is one of the few villains that is liked by the other classes.

Trivia
- The balloon that Percy was made from has yet to be found, and many have given up ever finding it.
- Percy was born without his lower left arm though the stump is capable of moving to some extent. This missing limb doesn't bother him to much, though he can't climb as strongly as other spiders due to his weight sometimes shifting to his weak side and slowing him down .
- Singing is not one of Percy's strongest act, but he has the most fun doing it.
- The hole in the middle of his body is a strange physic trick, as it doesn't seem to really effect Percy in any way.
