[Old 2020] Neo

An old design of mine, but I like this guys color pallet a lot. If I ever redesign Honeydew I'd love to use this guy for the colors.
Like Graze, not a lot of info on this guy. Hes just kinda neat. iirc hes an inventor or something like that? idk its been forever since I've used this guy.
