Apparently draconequus reproduce randomly and with whoever they find to be a solid and fun friend to be around. Fluttershy was surprised to find an egg next to her in bed one morning. Of course, she loves her draconequus daughter as much as she loves her other children, and dotes on her to make sure she's doing alright with both her magic and presenting.
