Ryker is the brains behind the operation to overrule and deactivate ORACLE. When programmed into Odyssey, he was given a special microchip that allows him to tap into a web network, the same database Oracle uses to maintain power. While not having much information or ways to breach the database (yet), he's still able to bring valuable information to the team.
