Second born of Princess Celestia and Queen Chrysalis. Outgoing and loud, Per loves to have fun and get to know their subjects. They often go out into the public disguised as a full unicorn, playing pranks on the social elites and giving food to those who truly need it. 

They've caused quite an uproar with the nobles because of this, and also because of their desire to go by the title of prince. Both mom's support this, and neigh-say will any noble bring it up face to face.
(You can be sure Queen Chrysalis does her own investigating undercover just who disapproves of her precious child's identity; Celestia just seems to know, and will totally ignore that noble from then on until they beg for forgiveness)
