Intro: Lazy but that's alright because he can hear everything coming from like a mile or more away, that's plenty of time! Rather chipper fellow, prone to smiles and quickly becoming dogmatic and maniacal at the flip of a switch.

-Fairly displeased with the lot of most nonhumans (clearly, he's never been to Neo-Asia), watching a few of his friends live especially subpar lives as 'second citizens' and when Eye of Lazarus came knocking, it wasn't too hard to get his interest to cause havoc.
-Fairly irritated and pissed off with some nonhumans' complete ignorance of the oppression and their seemingly blissful lives.

Camouflage - Able to blend into the surroundings if in dimly-lit or dark areas, preferably the latter.

Shapeshift - Can shift into a bat or a fox, unable to speak humanoid languages in either, can understand bat and fox though.

Sonar Abilities - Has abilities related to sound.
Screech - Has a shriek that causes paralysis and moderate internal damage.
Sonic boom - Able to create explosive sound booms in general area around him that can cause things such as ear damage, deafness, unconsciousness, broken bones, etc.
Sound Draw - Can draw sounds to him, allowing him to snoop on people, or allow him to remain undetectable via sounds, or even communicate privately to others.
Sound Warp - Can warp sounds to sound like something else entirely, or change the volume to mute or excessively loud or high-pitched.
Sound Waves - Can manipulate and generate sound waves as offensive or defensive methods.
