 GENERAL TOS
- any edits to the writing are fine, please just do not discredit me as the original author.
- i reserve the right to decline any commission based on my comfortability.
- you may reupload to any platform as long as i am not discredited.
- please specify if you are uncomfortable with your commission being used as a public example.
- you can use my writing for any purpose [commercial included] just ask.
- do not use any of my writing for anything relating to ai, that's gross.

COMMISSIONS
- i will begin work the moment i am paid or receive my side of the item/character trade.
- if you are paying with art, i will begin my side after you send me a sketch of the piece.
- my TAT is generally under a week, sometimes being as little as one day depending on the piece. if i take longer, feel free to nudge.
- commission time might vary from above depending on my queue, i will be marking everything on trello.
- if you backout or change your mind, i will not do a refund. however, if i am unable to complete the work for some reason, you will be refunded in full.
- if my work is not to your satisfaction then simply communicate with me, i will do my absolute best to make sure you are happy with it.
- i do not have a limit on revisions or edits, however changing the prompt close to or after completion entirely is disallowed.

by commissioning me in any form you automatically agree to these terms of service.
