terms of service
- 1. obviously don't claim my art as your own! make sure to credit my toyhouse if used as a posted on other socials, etc.
- 2. a toyhouse account is required for customs or buying characters from me! also do not delete the character page i transfer to you of the character unless you ask and repost it with my credit still. toyhouse isnt required to buy art from me, but know i will be posting it to toyhouse as an art example or for this commissions page.
- 3. paypal is required to pay in usd unless we agree on some other way such as gift cards, buying currency on something i want, subscriptions, etc.
- 4. i usually take payment before i begin my commissions unless i have a long list of them. in that case, ill take payment once finishing sketch or lineart!
- 5. i tend to check in a lot with progress shots and questions, especially when designing! just know that i much prefer a good structure of what the product should look like with customs just to make sure you're happy so please have your idea in mind.
- 6. please don't debate prices with me unless i advertize pwyw commissions! if the commission you want has a price range, make sure you're okay with it ending up anywhere within the range and that you're not relying on it being the lowest.
- 7. all commissions should be finished within a week unless im busy and have a long line of owed art. if thats the case, expect two weeks max. if it ends up longer then i probably have something bigger going on irl but ill let you know!
- 8. any and all commissioned characters MUST have fullbody art of them! i will not draw from a real image or description.
- 9. lastly, make sure to be honest when you commission me! by this i mean make sure to tell me if you want any changes made, even if it means me redoing the whole lineart. i always show lineart before i begin coloring, though, so if theres a lineart issue please be sure to tell me before i spend a lot of time coloring.
