Monroe, a gentleman of sterling character, assumes the role of a nomadic medical practitioner who is committed to healing all individuals requiring help, whether that applies to physical or mental issues. He is willing to devote himself completely in the process of assisting those in need, even willing to make sacrifices to fulfill this commitment.
Without mentioning the fact that he is skilled in restoring bodily wounds, Monroe's powers permit him to also remove and eradicate the negativities of the mind, providing a wholistic healing process. His powers permit him to cleanse this energy and allow his patients to attain complete health.

Despite his power's beneficial properties, it also possesses a multitude of detrimental outcomes. Its effects are visible both on his stockings' design and his personal mental wellbeing, as it degenerates as he performs his services to others. Monroe is a person who prioritizes the well-being of others over his own, embodying, in the most direct sense, the principle that one cannot pour from an empty cup.

Despite his perpetual sorrow, only one individual possesses the capability of momentarily expelling this morose emotion from Monroe's consciousness.

Monroe's trivia:

• He is often seen traveling alongside his romantic partner, Lupin, a shapeshifting demonic entity made of tar and oil who accompanies him on his journeys. Everyone assumes they are just co-workers of some kind.
• Monroe, being a traveling doctor, does not tend to live in any specific place (short for he is homeless). Because of this, Monroe doesn't have many places to sleep... Therefore Lupin likes to "wrap" himself around Monroe's body to provide him with warmth. It's like some kind of strange demonic blanket. Really bizarre, but Monroe appreciates the gesture.
• Monroe likes to eat bugs. No you can't ask him why he will not answer. He overall seems to be a weird obsession with bugs
• if it wasn't obvious already, Monroe is German
• The metallic mouth toy on his torso opens if he turn the screws that are on each side. It only reveals his internal organs but nothing else.
• No one knows what happened to his face. He claims it was an accident, but it... doesn't seem the case.
• No, he's not wearing any pants, and he doesn't exactly seems to be very self conscious about that fact.
• Originally the design of his stockings were "cleaner" and more medical-related, until their appearance slowly descended into something monstruous as Monroe worked.

• upon bringing up his areas of fascination, Monroe tends to grow rather enthusiastic and engages in rapid speech as a result, causing it to become quite difficult to decipher what exactly he is attempting to say.
• guy loves rock n metal (he's a metalhead in disguise.... he has a fucking trash can as head WHAT U EXPECT)
