Introduction
"VOID STAR" Aero
An aegis pilot by day and heavy metal vocalist at night, Aero is equally dedicated to both of his duties to music and aegis pilot fans alike.
As IRIS' fourth pilot he is renowned for his strong sense of style and sharp tongue, yet under his cold, cutting attitude burns an unstoppable dedication to his callings.
His aegis is the RX Leporis.

Personality
As pilot of the RX Leporis, Aero tries to carry himself as professionally as possible during deployment; but he is known to have a cocky streak in combat. Despite this, he tries his best to cooperate with his fellow pilots, no matter how much some of them may annoy or perplex him. He can be extraordinarily stubborn and his cool exterior hides an intense passion for his life's works - music and piloting.
Fans of Aero's old band and work will often agree that even with his new career as a pilot, his stage presence has never changed; still putting his soul into his performances and remaining humble and interactive with his fanbase old and new, no matter how lavish his stage outfits may get.

History
Early life
Growing up overlooked in an orphanage far over capacity, Aero first found solace in music through the street performers that performed close by. He spent much of his free time as a child by their side, learning everything he could - often skipping classes at school to do so. He discovered heavy metal at age 14 and formed his first band, Coronal Mass Ejection which became notable in his city's underground music scene once he was 16 - the income from their concerts would soon pay for his first meager apartment at 18.
Recruitment
Aero's recruitment campaign to IRIS began after a video of himself fending off a plasmanid that had invaded his band's concert with his guitar went viral. Combined with his existing band fame and his unshakable spirit he proved himself to be popular with the public, citing the murders of the street performers he grew up with by plasmanids as another motivator for his piloting ambitions.
