Jasper T. Ikos's Ownership

The following character terms apply to all designs created by me, Volnoir. You agree to these terms upon receiving your character through sale, trade, or otherwise. Failure to adhere to these terms may yield consequence depending on the nature of the matters. You will be reached out to before any true actions are taken. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the terms listed, you are welcome to contact me at any time.

I reserve the right to revoke a design if a term is violated. Bear this in mind if you are obtaining a design from me.

- You may change the design as you see fit. This includes revamps/overhauls, general edits, species/gender/etc changes, and some others; so long as I remain credited as the original designer/creator, my artwork remains credited to me, and you do not directly edit or trace over my own artwork.

- Sales, trading, or gifting are always allowed by default, but check individual character permissions, as it's a case-by-case basis. You are expected to practice integrity and not transfer a character for more than you received them for, and I will not tolerate upselling characters without additional work added.

• As of 2022, all designs bought or traded for will have their original price listed in their transfer logs. This is for the protection of any potential future buyers.

- All sales and trades are final, and refunds will not be granted. There may be very rare exceptions, but otherwise this term holds solid. You may message me privately if you wish to discuss it.

- If my content is used for depictions of feral NSFW, pedophilia, beastiality, LGBTQ+-phobia, paraphilia, racism, and fatphobia, I reserve the right to revoke the design without notice. If a design of mine is transferred to someone who has this sort of content on their account, or someone who directly supports another individual who engages in this content, I also reserve the right to revoke my design, with notice. I do not tolerate this kind of behavior, or those who willfully engage with it.

• NSFW of underage characters, sexual/non-sexual romantic relationships between minors and adults, and rape/"non-con" fall under this rule. If your account contains depictions/implications/support of this, or if you willfully associate with others who do, you are not allowed to own my designs.
  

- Cross-uploading my artwork to other websites must be discussed with me beforehand, even if you include credit to my Toyhouse.

- You may not make your own T.O.S. for any designs of mine, especially not if your terms combat my own. You may discuss this matter with me directly in private if you wish to try and find a work-around.

- My designs and art may not be used for commercial purposes. Again, you may discuss this matter with me in private if you wish.

• This includes, but is not limited to: Prints, stickers, trinkets/goodies or clothing/"merch" of any sort (keychains, cups, shirts, plushes, etc.), branding activities, use on packaging, use in video games/graphic novels, and more. Generally, if my designs or art are used in a way that is intended to bring you profit (outside of reselling the design itself so that you no longer own it), it is not permitted. If I find you are doing this, I reserve the right to revoke my design with or without warning. You may use art you have drawn of one of my designs as an example for commissions, but nothing more.
  

- I do not allow the deletion of my designs for any reason. If you delete a design of mine from the site, I reserve the right to reupload them myself, whether to keep, transfer, or resell.

• If you break the above term and do delete a design of mine, you may not reupload them. I will get in contact with you on the matter. If you do not wish for me to reassume ownership, I will reupload them for you, and they may then be transferred to you per request - but, again, you may not reupload them yourself. This is to preserve the integrity of the transfer logs so that I can properly keep track of all of my content.
• If you transfer a character to a user who does not have a Toyhouse account, simply hide the design. 
  • If needed, I am able to personally provide codes to any users who may want to use them to join the site, especially if they are to be receiving something that I have created.

• Designs that are originally created for a species may not be voided from said species under any conditions. You may return them to me if you no longer wish to own designs associated with a species. I will provide compensation if needed.
