The listed owner of this character page owns a personal use license for the use of this character granted by the Fated Magic artist that originally created the character. The terms of this license are as follows:
Anyone who purchases this character may do the following:
- Create or authorize others to create derivative works including the character for personal use*
- Display the character in any non-commercial setting, online or offline, as long as credit is included*
- Crop, edit, or alter any art included within the original sale (credit must still be given, logos and signatures must remain visible)
- Make any alterations to the character (credit must still be given for original design)
- Transfer, trade, or sell the character for compensation worth no more than the amount the license was originally purchased for*

The purchaser of this character may not do the following:
- Display the character without including credit
- Use the character for commercial purposes, including but not limited to displaying them on advertising materials and monetized social media channels or printing their likeness on any products intended for commercial sale.*
- Transfer, trade, or sell the character for compensation worth more than the amount the license was originally purchased for*
- Use the character for any purpose that is unlawful under US Federal law or the laws of any location that holds local jurisdiction over the License Holder
- Use the character or licensed material in furtherance of or in direct connection to hate speech against any class protected under US federal law. This explicitly includes any material which degrades, dehumanizes, or incites violence against someone for their status as a protected class. This explicitly does not include the reclamation of slurs.

The original Fated Magic artist that created this character will retain the rights to the following after the license has been purchased:
- The copyright assignment of the character and any licensed materials
- The right to reuse elements of the design including the lineart, shading layers, accessories, markings, color pallets, and themes. The exact combination of all elements used in the design will not be replicated.
- The right to display any licensed material in their own portfolio or galleries or to use it in advertising materials as an example of their work.
- Any other rights not explicitly granted through the purchase of this license.
