This extremely rare pokemon is often confused as a mythical pokemon due to its regal looks, but it is in fact just a regular pokemon. Its wavy mane and shimmering markings can charge up to 40.000 wats which allows them to glow they will use this often  when threatened, or as a display. It lives in areas with high concentration of electric waves as these habitats get rarer and rarer, so does Teslound. capturing a teslound is considered a lucky charm in many regions, but bonding with one is quite dificult due to their stoic and distrustful nature.
