usually goes by atmo!!! he/him. you'd call him his full name if you either didnt know him or youre mad at him and you need to address him like an angry parent

- playgrounder, formerly blackrock; he's a wanted man there now it would NOT be safe for him to step foot back in there. how he was let into pg i Do Not Know but lets say he was able to blend in well enough to the society he kinda just went with it

- quite reckless so he's gotten hurt a lot, rip bro. he doesn't really care though he's just here to have a good time
- due to his personality he constantly gets in trouble/beef with a bunch of other phighters, especially those from blackrock. most of the time it's not on purpose. MOST of the time
- actually really smart, since he was apart of blackrock and all that, he modified his own gear, he just tends to be really dumb and make impulsive decisions. especially since blackrock isnt holding him back anymore
