Design TOS

General rules: 

• I’m pretty lax with design use, so feel free to mostly do whatever you want with the design. 
• Do not use my designs for AI/nfts/etc
• Please do not edit my art
• Do not make hateful art or use my designs for hateful or illegal activity (pedophilia, racism, zoophilia, insect, etc) 
• You can use my designs for commercial use, just not my art. 
• If privating a design, I would prefer to still have access to it, though it’s not a requirement. 

Redesigns:

• Feel free to change whatever you’d like about the design! Gender, color palette, clothes, etc. Just make a new ref instead of editing the original work

Trading:

• Feel free to trade, gift, or re-sell my designs
• If you got one of my designs for free, please do not up-sell them unless they have extra art attached (not by me) 

Species designs: 

• all designs must follow the TOS from the species the design is from
• if you have a design from a species I own, the design is un-voidable 
• If you have any questions, feel free to DM me and we can get something sorted!
