His scars are by an explosion that turned into a fire when he was a child, which also killed his parents.
From New Hanover, was a street urchin and newsboy in Saint Denis from the age of 5-16 (was taken there by a “good samaritan” for his burns to be tended to), now travels all around.
Most often in New Hanover, West Elizabeth, and sometimes New Austin.
His mask is actually generally attached to a scarf/poncho (surprise surprise, this is not an option in RDO). But he’ll wear a bandana too (because I don’t have other options).
