INTRO
Local urban legends told of a coast that was once popluar, where there's a cave by the sea nearby. But one day, there was a massacre and its ultimately abandoned. It said that there's a monster dwelling through this specfic coast, eliminating many beings who dared even try to explore this coast.
Well, this rumor is actually very much over exaggerated. Yes, Aoi may do have a huge resentment against the land people, but they don't actively kill others. They only kill the ones who are impure for the sea (which are literally almost everyone who came). Otherwise, they are just a small, little "vampire" abyssmota who resides in the sea cave.

PERSONALITY
Resentful - Mysterious - Gentle
Aoi is a rather reclusive abyssmota who's so mysterious and distant, whom often has a pretty cold, yet dead-tired expression. Often left alone by many others (specfically by people due to the rumors). Anyways, they are quite resentful towards humans and the land as a whole due to reasons that has been buried within the sea.
They are actually quite gentle and maybe can be considerate for some others from time to time, after all, they have an honor system to spare the beings (or drown them) if they are pure of heart (or rather a decent being). (They also have a huge soft spot for Anka).
Although Aoi's actions may be questionable (like "judging/executing" others) and all, they didn't see themselves as evil, but as someone who is doing for the better good. After all , elliminating the bad people from this world (which includes people who was bullying them in the past they forgor) isn't so bad right?

Aoi is a short, scrawny guy around 5'3 feet tall. They have a dual light purple-hair and black hair color that's very fluffy and messy. Aoi has red eyes with purple/black eyeliner and eyebags underneath it. Right near one of their eyes there's a beautymark nearby it. They have purple antennas on their head with darker transparent purple fins. Aoi has very pale skin (like a vampire) and wears a purple suit with red cuffs (with gold lace, which includes a purple corset with gold laces, a rose badge, a red rhombus shaped jewel, purple gloves dark purple pants and shoes(?). They seems to have a pair of extra antenna and tentacles coming from their back.

HISTORY
I. FORGOTTEN PAST
Aoi was born on a very rich life. Even though to many it may seem comforting and amazing to live in such luxury, with so many riches and having everything they wanted.
Aoi's life was at first may seem easy to most, but really it isn't. Due to their interests and obsession with gothic/dark things (and how scrawny and fragile they are), they are often bullied by their peers (up to the point where they get beaten up at one point). To add on, their parents pressured them to study hard and get all As (and the parents are neglectful on almost every matter that isn't studying).
But one day, when they are harshly bullied at school, someone actually stood up for Aoi. They couldn't believe it, someone who would spend the time and literally stand up for them? This small, yet significant action means so much to them. This someone is known as Anka, as they admired her. Both Aoi and Anka became really good friends, which is nearly perfect.

Deep under the sea, at least within the sunlight zone around 2 months after the incident, Aoi was awake again. No recalling of the past besides the resentment they have with the land. Thanks to this mysterious presence to them. They see it as another fresh start, and of course to bring out their "resentment" by "judging" the land on who gets to go to the heavens.
There really isn't much to do anyways, as Aoi lived in solace, often away from most. Due to the urban legends, it made the coast they resides , empty, making it quiet, yet lonely. It didn't matter to them, or so they thought so. This unfufilling, judgemental life happened for another 2ish years, until one stormy afternoon...
III. A FAMILIAR FACE
Within that day, Aoi was walking around the coast, rather enjoying the rain and the sights that comes within the storm. They noticed a young girl who happened to past by the coast, looking at the sea, in the middle of the storm. Aoi was very annoyed, thinking of her as pretty foolish because she's just a normal person unlike them, but they couldn't really get mad at her. Then both locked eyes on each other, staring at each other.
Even though Aoi swore that they knew who she is, they can't recall her name or what they did together in the past, but all they do know is that they missed her, a lot. As the girl said...
"...Aoi!?"
This made their heart beat by a bit. This girl know who they were, at least from their lost memories. After a few awkward silence, both walked away to their own paths. But of course they are going to see each other more often (and become friends (or maybe more)) as time moves forward.
