A bakeneko which lives in the Rokuro residence.
He has 8 lives killed off, being him currently only living his last. His sister, Koneko, takes care and protects him and he brings her food and dance routines in return. (Koneko dislikes his dances however)
Banya is able to shapeshift into a housecat just like his sister. The napkin on his head however, mysteriously sticks to his head.
